Here is some build info for my customizable 3D printed Rad Mission Ebike charger wall mount.
After eyeing up 3D printers for a long time I finally pulled the trigger and got a printer this year. Home ownership felt like a good excuse to have a printer to print things for projects around the house.
I acquired a pre-owned Ender 3 Pro with some nice upgrades off of Craigslist for $200. I was warned by a friend that this printer is a project printer, and it’s for people who are ready to tinker. At this point can indeed confirm this.
This took some iteration and really helped get my feet wet with 3D printing and refresh my CAD skills. The modular parts allowed me to iterate and tweak designs while not reprinting the whole shell. I made a custom slot of the wall mount and all the bits friction fit together quite well.
For the final print I printed using a white PETG and have some quality issues but not enough to worry about a reprint for now.
